目的 咳嗽敏感性评估对于咳嗽的发生机制、疾病诊断和病情评价有重要意义,但目前尚无国人的咳嗽敏感性正常参考值.方法 筛选成人健康志愿者,进行肺通气功能检测、辣椒素咳嗽激发试验以及诱导痰细胞检测,分别观察年龄、性别、肺通气功能状况、气道炎症细胞分类与咳嗽敏感性的关系.结果 共有110例健康志愿者入选,男69例,女41例,平均年龄(30.8±10.1)岁.男性及女性的辣椒素咳嗽敏感性LgC5分别是2.72±0.32、2.57±0.39.通过偏相关分析,未发现健康中青年人群的咳嗽敏感性与年龄、性别、肺通气功能以及气道炎症细胞等因素有关(P值均＞0.05).根据正态分布法,得出本地区中青年健康人辣椒素咳嗽敏感性的单侧下限95％的参考值为2.086,经反对数转换C5参考值应≥125μmol/L.结论 本地区中青年健康人群咳嗽敏感性与年龄、性别、肺通气功能以及气道炎症细胞等因素无关,其正常参考值C5≥125μmol/L.

Objective The assessment of cough sensitivity is important to the understanding on the mechanism of cough,diagnosis and evaluation of diseases.However,the normal reference value is lacking in our country.Methods After screening adult healthy volunteers,pulmonary ventilation function test,capsaicin cough provocation test and induced sputum test were then performed.The relation between age,gender,pulmonary function,airway inflammatory cell and cough sensitivity was analyzed.Results A total of 110 healthy adult volunteers were enrolled including 69 males and 41 female cases,with an average age of (30.8± 10.1) years.The LgC5 of capsaicin cough sensitivity in male and female were (2.72± 0.32) and (2.57 ± 0.39),respectively.Through the bypartial correlation analysis,no relation was found between capsaicin cough sensitivity and age,sex,lung function or airway inflammatory cells (all P ＞ 0.05).Using the normal distribution method,the unilateral lower limit of the 95％reference value is 2.086,by antilog conversion the C5 reference value of healthy adult in local region should be≥125 μmol/L.Conclusions There was no relation between capsaicin cough sensitivity and age,sex,lung function or airway inflammatory cells.The C5 reference value of cough sensitivity of healthy adult in locol region is ≥125 μmol/L.
