目的对我院外科腹外疝围术期抗菌药物应用情况进行分析,为抗菌药物的使用管理提供参考依据.方法抽取2011年1月至2012年8月100例腹外疝手术病例,根据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》、卫办医政发[2009]38号文件和《2011年抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动督导检查表》的要求,对围术期抗菌药物的适应症、药物选择、使用率、用药时间、给药时机、药物利用指数(DUI)和人均限定疗程进行回顾分析评价.结果我院100例腹外疝手术患者围术期全部使用了抗菌药物,使用率为100％；抗菌药物选择合理52例；术前0.5～2h给药55例；术后预防用药疗程＜ 48 h 56例,合理率为56％,术后平均用药疗程3.53 d,大部分抗菌药物利用指数(DUI)=1或接近1,人均限定疗程＞3d.结论我院腹外疝围术期抗菌药物的使用存在不合理现象,应加强医务人员的抗菌药物应用水平,加强抗菌药物使用监管,保证用药的安全、有效.
목적 대아원외과복외산위술기항균약물응용정황진행분석,위항균약물적사용관리제공삼고의거.방법 추취2011년1월지2012년8월100례복외산수술병례,근거《항균약물림상응용지도원칙》、위판의정발[2009]38호문건화《2011년항균약물림상응용전항정치활동독도검사표》적요구,대위술기항균약물적괄응증、약물선택、사용솔、용약시간、급약시궤、약물이용지수(DUI)화인균한정료정진행회고분석평개.결과 아원100례복외산수술환자위술기전부사용료항균약물,사용솔위100％；항균약물선택합리52례；술전0.5～2h급약55례；술후예방용약료정＜ 48 h 56례,합리솔위56％,술후평균용약료정3.53 d,대부분항균약물이용지수(DUI)=1혹접근1,인균한정료정＞3d.결론 아원복외산위술기항균약물적사용존재불합리현상,응가강의무인원적항균약물응용수평,가강항균약물사용감관,보증용약적안전、유효.
Objective To analyze the application of antimicrobial agents in surgical abdominal inflammation in our hospital and to provide a reference for antimicrobial drug using management.Methods 100 cases of hernia surgery were selected from January 2011 to August 2012,in accordance with the clinical use of antibiotics guiding principles,Public Health Office of Medical Administration issued [2009] No.38,and clinical use of antibiotics special rectification activities supervisory checklist in 2011,to review,analyze and evaluate the indications for perioperative antimicrobial drugs,drug selection,usage,administration time,administration opportunity and drugs utilization index (DUI),the defined individual treatment course.Results 100 cases all used antimicrobial drugs during perioperative period in hernia surgery,the use rate was 100％; antimicrobial agents was a reasonable choice of 52 cases,a reasonable rate of 52％; surgery the previous 0.5-2 hours administration of 55 cases,a reasonable rate of 55％; postoperative prophylaxis treatment less than 48 hours in 56 cases,a reasonable rate of 56％,mean postoperative medication regimen and 3.53 days.Most drugs' DUI were 1 or nearly 1.The defined individual treatment course was ＞ 3 days.Conclusion Hernia perioperative antimicrobial drug were used anomaly in our hospital.We should strengthen the level of antimicrobial agents application of the medical staff,the use of antibiotics regulatory and to ensure the safety and effect of the drug use.
