50年来全球过敏性疾病患病率急剧上升,80%的患者对尘螨过敏,其影响面覆盖全人类,人群15%~17%的体质属特应性.屋尘中普遍筝生螨类是人类的生活活动促成的,其来源有二:源自孳生于食品和其他仓储物中的螨类,通过不同的途径进入屋宇,称仓(储)尘螨,多数种群并不很稳定;起源于鸟体寄生和禽兽窝巢中自由生活的螨种,取食动物皮肤鳞屑、真菌和酵母菌,移居入室演化成与人共栖的稳定屋尘种群,即屋尘螨.屋尘螨主要是蚍螨科螨种,核基因测序显示蚍螨科属于瘙螨股,是一类原始哺乳动物寄生螨,从自由生活无门目螨类中分支出来,可与6个非常相关的科组成表皮螨-瘙螨复合群.蚍螨科的屋尘螨,尤其尘螨亚科起源于其瘙螨股主干中寄生性的祖先,其演化可能至少有过2次从鸟类宿主转移至哺乳类宿主,最后转变成巢窝栖性的自由生活.

Dramatic increasing of the prevalence of hypersensitivity in the world population has been observed over the last half a century.The skin reactions in around 80% of the patients were tested positive with mite extracts.The impairment of health by this disease covers whole humans,due to 15%-17% of the population are atopic genetically.Inhabitation of the mites in the house dust popularly was exerted by human beings in the daily life activities themselves.Two modes of the invasion of the mites into houses can be achieved:either the phoretic colonization of the free living storage mites or the transit of the nest dwellers of synanthroptic animals into house dust breeders.Most of the stable house dust breeding mites are pyroglyphids.Results of the nuclear gene analysis indicate that pyroglyphids are belonging to Psoroptidian which primarily is the mammalian parasitic mites evolved from the free living Astigmata.The house dust mites Dermatophagoidinae are originated from a parasitic ancestor within the core of Psoroptidia,there were at least two shifts from presumably avian to mammalian hosts,and at last as the nest commensals of animals.
