目的 分析2006-2010年安徽省国家级监测点土源性线虫感染情况.方法 2006-2010年,每年9-11月在安徽省蒙城县监测点采集3周岁以上常住居民的粪便,采用改良加藤厚涂片法(一粪三检)检查蛔虫、鞭虫和钩虫卵;采集人群家庭的菜园、庭院、厨房及厕所周边的土壤样本,镜检土壤样本中受精或未受精的蛔虫卵,土壤培养法鉴别受精蛔虫卵的存活状态.结果 5年期间安徽省蒙城县监测点共累计调查5119人次,历年的人群感染率依次为9.51%、9.93%、9.08%、5.38%和2.85%,人群感染率自2007年起呈逐年下降趋势.男女历年感染率对比无规律性.青少年感染率下降幅度较大,其中15~19岁年龄组人群感染率降幅最大,自20.59%下降至0.50岁以上年龄段人群感染始终保持较高水平.钩虫为当地最主要的土源性线虫,感染度以轻度为主,中度较少,偶见重度.厕所周边的土壤人蛔虫卵检出率与人群感染率之间存在相关性.结论 安徽省国家级监测点的人群土源性线虫感染率总体呈下降趋势,但仍需继续开展监测.
目的 分析2006-2010年安徽省國傢級鑑測點土源性線蟲感染情況.方法 2006-2010年,每年9-11月在安徽省矇城縣鑑測點採集3週歲以上常住居民的糞便,採用改良加籐厚塗片法(一糞三檢)檢查蛔蟲、鞭蟲和鉤蟲卵;採集人群傢庭的菜園、庭院、廚房及廁所週邊的土壤樣本,鏡檢土壤樣本中受精或未受精的蛔蟲卵,土壤培養法鑒彆受精蛔蟲卵的存活狀態.結果 5年期間安徽省矇城縣鑑測點共纍計調查5119人次,歷年的人群感染率依次為9.51%、9.93%、9.08%、5.38%和2.85%,人群感染率自2007年起呈逐年下降趨勢.男女歷年感染率對比無規律性.青少年感染率下降幅度較大,其中15~19歲年齡組人群感染率降幅最大,自20.59%下降至0.50歲以上年齡段人群感染始終保持較高水平.鉤蟲為噹地最主要的土源性線蟲,感染度以輕度為主,中度較少,偶見重度.廁所週邊的土壤人蛔蟲卵檢齣率與人群感染率之間存在相關性.結論 安徽省國傢級鑑測點的人群土源性線蟲感染率總體呈下降趨勢,但仍需繼續開展鑑測.

Objective To analyze the epidemiological situation of soil-transmitted nematode infections at the national monitoring spot of Anhui Province.Methods The stool samples of the residents at Mengcheng County in Anhui were collected and examined for Ascaris lumbricoides,Trichuris trichiura and hookworms with modified Kato-Katz thick smear “one stool specimen-three slides” from September to November,2006 to 2010.Other parasite species detected were registered as well.Soil samples were collected for microscopic examination on fertilized or unfertilized Ascaris eggs and identification of live and dead fertilized Ascaris eggs.Results The total of 5119 persons were investigated from 2006 to 2010,the yearly infection rates were 9.51%,9.93%,9.08%,5.38% and 2.85% respectively,showing a declining tendency from 2007.There was no regular pattern comparing the infection rates between males and females.The infection rate rapidly decreased in teenagers especially in the age group between 15 to 19 years and decreased from 20.59% to 0 in this age group during the 5 years.However,the infection rate maintained a higher level in age group above 50-year-old.Ancylostomiasis was the major soil transmitted nematode disease.The detection rates of Ascaris eggs in the soil correlated with the infection rates.Conclusion According to the 5 years monitoring,the infection rate of soil-transmitted nematodes was declining indicating the necessity of continuous monitoring.
