目的 研究中国人群ABO血型与疟疾易感性之间的关系. 方法 通过查询重庆维普、Medline数据库收集国内外1980年1月1日至2013年3月1日之间公开发表的关于ABO血型与疟疾易感性的中英文文献资料,采用荟萃分析软件RevMan 5进行Meta分析. 结果 7篇文献被纳入到本次分析.Meta分析结果显示,A型血与非A型血人群相比,疟疾的发病风险合并相对危险度(RR)及(95%CI)为1.27(1.03~1.57);B型血与非B型血人群相比,为0.97(0.80~1.17);AB型血与非AB型血人群相比,为0.92(0.80~1.06);O型血与非O型血人群相比,为0.80(0.73 ~ 0.88).各亚组研究通过Egger回归法进行发表性偏倚分析,P值分别为0.32、0.87、0.30、0.72,均>0.10. 结论 各亚组研究可认为无发表性偏倚,对于中国人群,A型血较之其他血型对疟疾多27%的感染可能,而O型血较之其他血型少20%的感染可能.

Objective To explore the relationship between ABO blood groups and malaria among Chinese population.Methods The articles published from 1th January,1980 to 1th March,2013 from Chongqing VIP Information and Medline database on the relationship between ABO blood groups and malaria risk were searched.RevMan 5 was used for meta-analysis.Results Seven articles were involved in our study.Compared with non-A groups,the RR (95%CI) of malaria in individuals with blood group A was 1.27(1.03-1.57); compared with non-B groups,the RR (95%CI) of malaria in individuals with blood group B was 0.97 (0.80-1.17); compared with non-AB groups,the RR (95%CI) of malaria in individuals with blood group AB was 0.92 (0.80-1.06); compared with non-O groups,the RR (95%CI) of malaria in individuals with blood group O was 0.80 (0.73-0.88).Publication bias of each subgroup study was conducted by the method of Egger regression analysis,the P valued were 0.32,0.87,0.30,0.72,respectively,which were greater than the inspection level of 0.10.Conclusion As there was no publication bias in each subgroup study,the results of the Meta-analysis implied that,for the Chinese population,people with blood group A is 27% more susceptible to malaria than other blood groups,while blood group O is 20% less susceptible.
