目的 探讨人感染H7N9禽流感的流行病学特征,为其防控提供依据.方法 对亳州市首例人感染H7N9禽流感患者、密切接触者、患者职业暴露场所及其他暴露人群开展流行病学调查;采集相应样本进行检测;搜索近期不明原因肺炎病例;扩大流感样病例监测范围.结果 病例咽拭子样本经国家CDC复核,A型流感病毒核酸阳性、H7亚型和N9亚型禽流感病毒核酸阳性.来自患者活禽采购点的5份活禽咽拭子及3份饮用水的样本检出H7亚型和N9亚型禽流感病毒核酸均阳性;其中6份同时检出H9亚型禽流感病毒核酸.密切接触者和职业暴露人群经医学观察未发现异常.结论 亳州市首例人感染H7N9禽流感病例感染源来自流通环节中活鸡,尚无证据证明H7N9禽流感能在人际间持续传播.

Objective To investigate the epidemiological feature of human infection with H7N9 avian influenza,to provide evidence for the prevention and control of the disease.Methods Epidemiological investigations were carri d out to the first case of H7N9 avian influenza,his close contacts,the exposed workplace and other exposed pop ulations.The appropriate specimens were also collected for testing.The unexplained pneumonia cases and expanded the scope of monitoring influenza-like illness were also searched.Results The pharyngeal swab of the case was re-checked by Chinese CDC,the nucleic acid of Flu A,H7 subtype and N9 subtype were positive.The nucleic acid of H7 subtype and N9 subtype avian influenza virus were positive in 5 live poultry throat swabs and 3 drinking water samples from the point where the patient purchased the live poultry.And the nucleic acid of H9 subtype were also found in 6 (on) the samples.No abnormality was found in close contacts and other workers by medical observation.Conclusions T he source of H7N9 avian influenza infection is the live chicken in circulation.It is no evidence to prove that H7N9 avian influenza can spread from person to person.
