HAART作为目前治疗HIV感染最有效的手段,可以抑制病毒的复制,改善病情并降低死亡率,同时使患者体内CD4+T细胞逐步上升,使患者免疫功能得到部分恢复,这称为免疫重建.但患者CD4+T细胞很难恢复至正常水平,部分患者甚至不升高.如何使HAART有效实现免疫重建是当前HIV感染抗病毒治疗的难点.此文就HAART免疫重建的影响因素及相应的治疗措施,免疫重建面临的挑战进行综述,以期为制定有效的治疗策略提供参考.

HAART,regarded as the most effective treatment of HIV infection,can significantly inhibit the viral replication,delay the progression of AIDS and decrease the mortality.Meanwhile,it can recover patient's immune function through increasing the regeneration of CD4+ T cell,which is called immune reconstitution.However,in some patients,CD4+ T cells are difficult to recover to the normal level or even stay low.How to achieve effective immune reconstruction by HAART is the key problem for HIV antiretroviral treatment.In this review,the factors influencing immune reconstitution,the relevant therapeutic methods and challenges are discussed,so as to provide references for effective treatment strategy.
