目的通过分析患者治疗前后腰椎间盘突出及椎管内形态变化的CT表现,判断中医理疗综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果.方法对120例中老年腰椎间盘突出患者采用腰椎牵引、手法按摩、电针、中频治疗仪、中药薰蒸等综合理疗治疗手段进行1个月系统综合治疗.一个疗程后对患者复查CT评估其疗效及椎管内形态变化.结果临床总体疗效为:优25例(20.8％),良72例(60.0％),尚可15例(12.5％),欠佳8例(6.7％).治疗前后腰椎间盘突出的程度、椎管前后径、横径量化及侧隐窝、黄韧带等情况差异均无显著性.结论综合理疗对腰椎间盘突出可起到消除或缓解患者临床症状的作用,但CT影像量化上则无明显的形态改变.

Objective To analyze the changes of CT manifestations before and after treatment in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc and the spinal canal morphology and judge the curative effect of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc via the traditional Clunese medicine (TCM) therapy comprehensire treatment.Methods 120 elderly patients with lumbar intervertebral disc hemiation were cured by the comprehensive treatment including the lumbar traction massage,electric acupuncture,intermediate frequency therapeutic apparatus and TCM fumigation comprehensive physical therapy for 1month.After a course of treatment we reviewed CT and evaluated the curative effect and the spinal canal morphology changes.Results The result of the application physical therapy comprehensive treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion clinical effective rate was 80.8%.The extent of the lumbar intervertebral disc hemiation before and after treatment.in the inner and outer spinal canal diameter,transverse diameter quantifica ton and side crypts,yellow ligament,etc showed no statistical significance.Conclusion Comprehensive physical therapy on lumbar intervertebral disc can relieve the pain or even get rid of the patients ' clinical symptoms,but there is no obvious change on CT image quantization.
