目的 分析肱三头肌舌形瓣及尺骨鹰嘴截骨两种手术入路治疗肱骨髁间骨折的临床疗效.方法 随机选取在我院就诊的肱骨髁间骨折的患者60例,均分两组分别行肱三头肌舌形瓣及尺骨鹰嘴截骨两种手术入路.观察两组患者手术时间、愈合时长及治疗效果的优良率.结果 舌瓣组手术时间为(98.6±8.9) min,截骨组为(73.2±10.4)min;舌瓣组愈合时间为(92.4±3.2)d,截骨组为(89.2±7.5)d;舌瓣组优良率为80％,截骨组为86.67％.结论 两种手术方式均安全有效,尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路更能节省手术时间,提高手术效率.

목적 분석굉삼두기설형판급척골응취절골량충수술입로치료굉골과간골절적림상료효.방법 수궤선취재아원취진적굉골과간골절적환자60례,균분량조분별행굉삼두기설형판급척골응취절골량충수술입로.관찰량조환자수술시간、유합시장급치료효과적우량솔.결과 설판조수술시간위(98.6±8.9) min,절골조위(73.2±10.4)min;설판조유합시간위(92.4±3.2)d,절골조위(89.2±7.5)d;설판조우량솔위80％,절골조위86.67％.결론 량충수술방식균안전유효,척골응취절골입로경능절성수술시간,제고수술효솔.
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of triceps tongue-shaped flap and olecranon osteotomy in two kinds of operation approach for the treatment of humeral intercondylar fracture.Methods We randomly selected 60 cases with intercondylar fractures of humerus in our hospital and divided them into two groups,with 30 patients in each group,then they were analyzed with triceps tongue-shaped flap and olecranon osteotomy two operation.The operation time.healing time and the therapeutic effect of the excellent and good rate were all observed in both groups.Resulta There was statistically significant difference in operation time (P＜0.05).the healing time and the good rate of two groups had no significant difference (P＞0.05).Conclusion Both of operation methods are safe and effective,olecranon osteotomy approach can decrease the operation time and improve operation efficiency.
