瘦素是一类脂肪源性细胞因子,参与机体的自身免疫性疾病、炎症和免疫应答等的发生发展;调节性T细胞(Treg)是一类具有免疫抑制作用的T细胞亚群,参与调控上述病理进程.瘦素通过Leptin-mTOR通路对Treg的生成、增殖和功能发挥负向调节信号,因此,对此信号通路机制的深入研究可以为疾病的诊治提供新方法.

Leptin,a kind of adipose-derived cytokines,is involved in the genesis and development of autoimmune diseases,inflammation and immune responses; Regulatory T cells (Treg) with immunosuppressive effects,which are a small subset of T cells,are involved in the regulation of these pathological processes.Leptin plays a negative signaling regulatory effect on the generation,proliferation and function of Tregs via LeptinmTOR pathway.Therefore,the furhter study of the mechanism of Leptin-mTOR signaling pathway might provide new strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
