目的 研究红花多糖(SPS)对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤转移相关基因CD44和自分泌运动因子(AMF)表达的影响.方法 建立荷S180小鼠模型,利用Real-time PCR法检测小鼠肿瘤组织CD44和AMF mRNA表达情况.结果 SPS低、中、高剂量组荷瘤小鼠肿瘤组织中CD44的2-△△Ct值分别是对照组的0.49倍、0.33倍和0.20倍,AMF的2-△△Ct值分别是模型对照组的0.45倍、0.28倍和0.10倍.结论 SPS能够抑制小鼠瘤组织CD44和AMF mRNA的表达,从而抑制肿瘤的转移.

Objective To study the effect of safflower polysaccharide(SPS) on expression of tumor metastasis related genes CD44 and autocrine motility factor(AMF) mRNA on BALB/c mice bearing S180.Method CD44 and AMF mRNA expression tumor tissue of BALB/c mice was detected by Real-time PCR assay.Result Real-time PCR detection found that the SPS played a role in tumor-bearing mice.CD44 and AMF mRNA expression was decreased in tumor tissues.Conclusion SPS can inhibit the expression of CD44 and AMF mRNA which may lead to the inhibition of tumor metastasis
