背景 慢性疼痛目前尚无有效安全的治疗方法,其机制越来越受到重视,近年来研究发现P2X4受体在疼痛信号转导中起着重要的作用. 目的 阐明P2X4受体在慢性疼痛发生发展过程中的作用及其机制. 内容 现就P2X4受体参与慢性疼痛如神经病理性痛、炎性痛和癌痛的作用及机制作一综述. 趋向 为靶向治疗慢性疼痛提供新的思路.

Background Chronic pain is still lack of effective and safe treatment at present,so its mechanism has been more emphasized.Studies have found that P2X4 receptor plays an important role in pain signal transduction in the recent years.Objective To illuminate the role and mechanism of P2X4 receptor in the development and progression of chronic pain.Content The review summarized the effect and mechanism of P2X4 receptor in chronic pain such as neuropathic pain,inflammatory pain and cancer pain.Trend We will provide a new idea for targeted therapy of chronic pain.
