背景慢性疼痛是当前社会一个十分重要的健康问题,数百万人都在遭受其困扰.目前,慢性疼痛产生的机制尚不完全明了.神经免疫反应是指免疫细胞,细胞因子与胶质细胞,神经元之间通过整合、释放炎性介质,对神经递质及其受体产生相互影响,进而产生一个综合性的反应网络.近些年,越来越多的研究表明,神经免疫反应在慢性疼痛的发生发展中,起着关键的作用.目的对神经免疫反应在慢性疼痛产生机制中的作用进行综述.内容神经免疫反应的机制以及其在疼痛敏化过程中的作用.趋向神经免疫反应促进了慢性疼痛的敏化过程,其机制为慢性疼痛的治疗提供了一个新的研究方向.

Background Chronic pain is a big public health problem,millions of people suffer from chronic pain.However,the mechanism of chronic pain remains unclear.Neuroimmunity is an integrated network response between the immune cells,cytokines,and glia,neurons.Immune cells can affect the neural mediators and their receptors by integrating and releasing of inflammatory mediators,while the neurons and glia can also modulate immune system through the inflammatory mediators.Recently,more and more studies demonstrate that the neuroimmunity plays a major role in the development and maintaince of chronic pain.Objective Here,we briefly review the impact of neuroimmunity on chronic pain.Content The neuroimmunity mechanism and its effects on chronic pain.Trend The neuroimmunity promotes the formation of peripheral and central sensitization of chronic pain.This offers a new therapeutic opportunity for managing chronic pain.
