目的探讨急诊科急性昏迷患者常见病因和相关急救措施,分析采用分级诊疗措施提高患者抢救成功率的可行性.方法选取我院急诊科自2010年6月至2010年12月收治的各类急性昏迷患者共计135例,对其相关临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结昏迷患者常见的发病原因与实施分级诊疗措施的经验,并与往年同期患者的抢救成功率、死亡率、治疗好转率进行对比,对所得结果行统计学分析.结果所有昏迷患者中,最常见的病因为脑血管疾病,实施分诊治疗后,治愈及好转率明显增加高于往年同期治愈及好转率,差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论急诊科急性昏迷患者发病原因最常见的为急性脑血管疾病,在分析判断病因基础上,采用分级诊疗措施,能够有效降低死亡率,提高抢救成功率,具有重要的临床价值.

Objective To explore the common etiology and related emergency measures for acute coma patients in emergency department,and to analyze the feasibility of using hierarchical diagnosis and treatment measures to improve the success rate of rescue for the patients.Methods A total of 135 cases of acute coma patients in the emergency department of our hospital from June 2010 to December 2010 were selected,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,we summed up the common causes of coma patients with the implementation of classification diagnosis and treatment experience of patients with the same period in the previous year,and the rescue success rate,mortality rate,recovery rate of treatment for comparison,the results were analyzed statistically.Results Among all the patients in coma the most common cause for cerebral vascular disease,implement triage after treatment the healing and improvement rate was significantly increased than those of last year,the difference was statistically signifcant (P＜0.05).Conclusions In the emergency department with acute onset of coma patients.the most common causes is acute cerebrovascular disease,when analyzing is based on the classification of etiology and treatment,it can effectively reduce the mortality rate,increase the success rate of rescue,which has important clinical value.
