随着越来越多新型药物在临床上的相继应用,人们发现许多药物在治疗疾病的同时也对甲状腺功能或甲状腺激素的检测产生影响.其中引起甲状腺功能异常的药物种类繁多,影响机制不同,临床表现不一.某些药物会影响垂体-甲状腺轴的激素分泌,还有一些药物会直接导致甲状腺功能紊乱或诱发甲状腺自身免疫性疾病.所以在临床工作中遇到甲状腺功能异常,首先考虑是否有药物的干扰作用是很有必要的.

With the widespread application of new drugs in the clinical practice,people have come to realize that these drugs not only are effective in the treatment of thyroid disorder but also can affect thyroid function or thyroid hormone testing.There are a great number of drugs that are able to cause thyroid diseases; however,the mechanisms and clinical features vary greatly.Some medicines influence the secretion of the hormones produced by pituitary-thyroid axis,and some other drugs can directly lead to thyroid dysfunction or induce autoimmune thyroid diseases.Therefore,during the clinical practice,it is a priority to consider whether there is interference from the drugs when we treat thyroid dysfunction.
