内质网氨肽酶(endoplasmie reticulum aminopeptidase,ERAP)是抗原递呈不可或缺的重要分子基础,在抗原肽的加工处理、提呈中发挥重要作用.近年来对自身免疫性疾病的全基因组关联分析(genome-wide association studies,GWAS)显示:ERAP1基因多态与强直性脊柱炎、银屑病等多种自身免疫性疾病(autoimmune disease,AD)具有相关性.该文就ERAP1多态与AD的相关性研究进展作一综述.

Aminopeptidase endoplasmic reticulum (ERAP) is playing an important role in the antigen peptide processing,which is a indispensable molecular basis for antigen presentation.Recently,several genome-wide association studies (GWAS) have suggested that polymorphisms of ERAP1 were associated with variants of Autoimmune disease (AD),such as ankylosing spondylitis and psoriasis.In this review,we conduced the advance about the association of ERAP1 polymorphisms with AD.
