PPARγ是过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(peroxisome proliferator activated receptor,PPAR)的一种类型.包括神经元在内的几乎所有脑细胞中,PPARγ在调节生物进程中担当着重要的角色,参与动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的病理生理过程,而遗传因素是动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的危险因素之一,因此,该文根据目前研究现况,对PPARγ及其基因与动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的关系进行综述.

Peroxisome proliferator activated receptor gamma (PPARγ) is one of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR).PPARγ plays a role in regulating a myriad of biological processes in virtually all types of brain cells,including neurons.PPARγ takes park in the pathogenesis of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.Genetic factor is one of the risk factors of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.We review the association between the PPARγ and its gene and atherosclerotic cerebral infarction according to the present status of the research.
