目的探讨维持性血液透析患者微炎症与动脉粥样硬化的关系.方法测定40例经透析充分的维持性血液透析患者透析前血肌酐、血尿酸、血糖、血浆白蛋白、甘油三酯、胆固醇、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α.应用超声测定颈动脉中层厚度及有无颈动脉斑块形成.结果两组患者在年龄、性别构成、血脂、血糖、血尿酸水平比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)的前提下,动脉粥样硬化组患者C反应蛋白、白细胞介素6及肿瘤坏死因子α与非动脉粥样硬化组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论微炎症参与了维持性血液透析患者动脉粥样硬化的形成.
목적 탐토유지성혈액투석환자미염증여동맥죽양경화적관계.방법 측정40례경투석충분적유지성혈액투석환자투석전혈기항、혈뇨산、혈당、혈장백단백、감유삼지、담고순、C반응단백、백세포개소6、종류배사인자α.응용초성측정경동맥중층후도급유무경동맥반괴형성.결과 량조환자재년령、성별구성、혈지、혈당、혈뇨산수평비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)적전제하,동맥죽양경화조환자C반응단백、백세포개소6급종류배사인자α여비동맥죽양경화조환자비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).결론 미염증삼여료유지성혈액투석환자동맥죽양경화적형성.
Objective To explore the correlation study between microinflammatory and artherosclerosis(AS) of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods To determine serum creatinine (Scr),blood uric acid (BUA),serum glucose(Glu),blood plasma (ALB),triglyceride(TG),cholesterin (TC),C reactive protein (CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) of 40 patients before dialysis.Intimamedial thickness(IMT) of carotid artery was detemined by hypersound.Results There was no significant difference between the AS group and non-AS group of age,sex,TG,Glu,BUA.CRP、IL-6 and TNF-α was higher in AS group than non-AS group,There was significant difference between the two groups(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Microinflammatory participated the Artherosclerosis in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients.
