目的 探讨血液灌流联合血液透析治疗维持性血液透析者肾性骨病的疗效.方法 入选2009年8月至2012年3月在我院就诊的60例维持性血液透析者,均存在不同程度的骨关节疼痛及肌肉酸痛,将其随机分为2组,每组30例,研究组在接受常规血液透析的同时每周接受一次血液灌流,对照组仅进行血液透析治疗,每周透析2~3次.观察两组治疗前后肾功能、甲状旁腺素及临床症状、体征变化.结果 治疗后,2组患者血尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、甲状旁腺素明显下降,与基线比较差异有统计学意义.研究组临床症状改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义.结论 采用血液灌流联合血液透析治疗维持性血液透析者的肾性骨病疗效优于单用血液透析.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of hemoperfusion (hP) and hemodialysis (HD) on renal osteodystrophy in patients treated with maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods Sixty patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis who were suffered from bon/joint and muscle pain during August 2009 and March 2012 were randomly assigned to the study group (n =30) and the control group (n =30).Those of the study group were treated with HP+ HD,while the subjects in the control group only reveived HD.Renal function,parathyroid hormone and clinical symptoms and signs were compared before and after the invertention.Results Following the treatment,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,uric acid and parathyroid hormone were significantly decreased in the two groups.Clinical symptoms and signs were more significantly improved when compared with the control group.Conclusion HP + HD treatment may be effective for the treatment of renal osteodystrophy in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.
