目的观察盆炎丸改善解脲支原体对阿奇霉素耐药的临床疗效.方法将90例解脲支原体对阿奇霉素耐药患者随机分为三组,第一组口服盆炎丸,第二组口服克拉霉素,第三组口服盆炎丸+克拉霉素,14天为一个疗程,三组均连续治疗3个疗程,观察三组治疗解脲支原体的综合疗效、对阿奇霉素耐药逆转率和中医证候疗效.结果在治疗解脲支原体的综合疗效方面,盆炎丸+克拉霉素组优于盆炎丸组;对阿奇霉素耐药逆转率,盆炎丸组、盆炎丸+克拉霉素组均优于克拉霉素组;在中医证候疗效方面,盆炎丸+克拉霉素组优于盆炎丸组和克拉霉素组.结论盆炎丸可以治疗解脲支原体感染且可逆转对阿奇霉素的耐药,它无毒副作用,价格相对较低,服用方便,且不易耐药,与西药联合使用效果显著.
목적 관찰분염환개선해뇨지원체대아기매소내약적림상료효.방법 장90예해뇨지원체대아기매소내약환자수궤분위삼조,제일조구복분염환,제이조구복극랍매소,제삼조구복분염환+극랍매소,14천위일개료정,삼조균련속치료3개료정,관찰삼조치료해뇨지원체적종합료효、대아기매소내약역전솔화중의증후료효.결과 재치료해뇨지원체적종합료효방면,분염환+극랍매소조우우분염환조;대아기매소내약역전솔,분염환조、분염환+극랍매소조균우우극랍매소조;재중의증후료효방면,분염환+극랍매소조우우분염환조화극랍매소조.결론 분염환가이치료해뇨지원체감염차가역전대아기매소적내약,타무독부작용,개격상대교저,복용방편,차불역내약,여서약연합사용효과현저.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Penyan pills in improvement of drug resistance of ureaplasma urealyticum to azithromycin.Methods 90 patients with drug resistance of ureaplasma urealyticum to azithromycin were randomly divided into three groups.30 patients received Penyan pills,the other 30 received clarithromycin,and the rest 30 received Penyan pills combined with clarithromycin,14 days for each course.After three courses of treatment,the comprehensive efficacy,the reversal rate of azithromycin resistance,and the efficacy for TCM symptoms were observed.Results The group of Penyan pills combined with clarithromycin was superior to the group of Penyan pills alone in the comprehensive efficacy; the group of Penyan pills and the group of Penyan pills plus clarithromycin were superior to the clarithromycin group in the reversal rate of azithromycin resistance; and the group of Penyan pills combined with clarithromycin was superior to the group of Penyan pills and the clarithromycin group in the efficacy of TCM symptoms.Conclusions Penyan pills can treat infection of ureaplasma urealyticum and can reverse the resistance of azithromycin.It has no side effects and has a relatively lower price; it is easy to take and is not likely to get drug resistance; and it is efficacious in combination with Western medicines.
