目的 探讨CDIO模式下的立体化手术室护理实验教学中的教学效果.方法 将2012级护理专科生随机分成对照组(1组)109名和实验组(2组)112名,对“外科护理学”中“第八章手术室护理工作”的实验教学实行CDIO模式下的立体化教学,对照组接受传统方法的教学,并通过理论测试和采用调查问卷进行CDIO应用的评价.结果 实验组学生的考试成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义.实验组学生对引入CDIO模式的手术室护理实验教学满意度为86.61%.结论 CDIO模式下的立体化手术室护理实验教学优于传统教学模式,能够提高学生的理论成绩及学生满意度,对促进实用型护理人才的培养具有重要意义,符合现代医学护理技术人才培养的一般规律.

Objective To survey the nursing experimental teaching effect under the mode of CDIO in three-dimensional operation rooms.Methods All the nursing students enrolled in the year of 2012 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,a comparison research was conducted between the traditional teaching method of the control group and the three-dimensional experimental teaching practice under the mode of CDIO of the experimental group for the course of Surgical Nursing in Chapter 8 "Nursing in Operation Room",meanwhile a theoretical test and a questionnaire were adopted when evaluating the applications of CDIO.Results The experimental group had higher scores than the control group,the difference had statistical significance.Students' satisfaction on the introduction of the CDIO model operation room to nursing experimental teaching was 86.61%.Conclusions Threedimensional experimental teaching practice under the mode of CDIO is superior to the traditional teaching mode,CDIO mode can improve students' academic performance and students' satisfaction and is of great significance to promote the cultivation of practical nursing talents,which meet the general personnel training rules of modern medical care.
