目的观察止痛方外敷对晚期癌痛护理的效果.方法将103例晚期恶性肿瘤患者按随机数字表法随机分为一般护理组49例和止痛方外敷组54例,一般护理组施行癌痛的常规护理,止痛方外敷组在一般护理组的基础上,加用科室自制的中药止痛方外敷.护士于第8天评估癌痛疗效并发放满意度调查问卷.结果止痛方外敷组疼痛缓解率为85.2％,一般护理组疼痛缓解率为61.2％,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(x2 =7.63,P ＜0.01)；疼痛护理满意度止痛方外敷组为90.7％,一般护理组为74.5％,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(x2=9.03,P＜0.01).结论止痛方外敷操作简单,止痛疗效可靠,患者依从性好,可减轻患者的痛苦,提高患者的满意度.

Objective To study the effect of external-used anodyne in the nursing for terminal cancer patients.Methods Totals of 103 patients who suffered from terminal cancer were randomly divided into the control group with 49 cases and the experimental group with 54 cases.The control group received routine nursing while the experimental group received external-used anodyne in addition.Treatment effect and satisfaction were assessed by questionnaires on the 8th day.Results Pain relief rate was 61.2％ in the control group and 85.2％in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =7.63,P ＜ 0.01).Nursing satisfaction rate was 74.5％ in the control group and 90.7％ in the experimental group,and the difference was also statistically significant (x2 =9.03,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions External-used anodyne is easy to use and has reliable treatment effect with good compliance of patients,which can relieve their pain and improve their satisfaction.
