目的观察中药粉剂洗浴联合特定电磁波治疗器(TPD)照射治疗新生儿尿布皮炎的疗效.方法将210例红臀新生儿按随机数字表法分为两组,观察组105例,用中药粉剂洗浴联合TPD治疗；对照组105例,用温水清洗患处后用TPD照射治疗.结果两组疗效比较,观察组总有效率为95.2％,对照组总有效率为85.7％,观察组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论中药粉剂洗浴联合TPD照射治疗新生儿尿布皮炎效果好,值得在临床上推广.
목적 관찰중약분제세욕연합특정전자파치료기(TPD)조사치료신생인뇨포피염적료효.방법 장210례홍둔신생인안수궤수자표법분위량조,관찰조105례,용중약분제세욕연합TPD치료；대조조105례,용온수청세환처후용TPD조사치료.결과 량조료효비교,관찰조총유효솔위95.2％,대조조총유효솔위85.7％,관찰조명현우우대조조(P＜0.05).결론 중약분제세욕연합TPD조사치료신생인뇨포피염효과호,치득재림상상추엄.
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine powder bath combined with TPD irradiation on the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis. Methods Totals of 210 cases of neonatal diaper dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups, 105 cases in observation group, which received the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine powder bath combined with TPD, and other 105 cases in control group, received the treatment of TPD irradiation after washing. Results After the intervention, the observation group efficiency was 952％ , and that of control group was 85.7 ％ , so the effect of observation group was significantly better　 than that of control group ( P＜0.05). Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine powder bath combined with TPD irradiation in the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis is good, worthy of clinical popularization.
