目的分析探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者在急诊科的临床抢救护理方案.方法随机选取120例患者分为研究组和对照组,各60例,对照组采取以往传统护理方案,研究组采取抢救护理新方案,将两组急性心肌梗死患者的治疗效果进行比较.结果研究组患者治愈58例,好转2例,无死亡病例,治愈率为96.67％；对照组治愈45例,好转12例,死亡3例,治愈率为75.00％,研究组抢救成功率明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(x2=12.857,P＜0.05).结论护理新方案对抢救急性心肌梗死患者有较好的效果.
목적 분석탐토급성심기경사(AMI)환자재급진과적림상창구호리방안.방법 수궤선취120례환자분위연구조화대조조,각60례,대조조채취이왕전통호리방안,연구조채취창구호리신방안,장량조급성심기경사환자적치료효과진행비교.결과 연구조환자치유58례,호전2례,무사망병례,치유솔위96.67％；대조조치유45례,호전12례,사망3례,치유솔위75.00％,연구조창구성공솔명현고우대조조,량조비교,차이유통계학의의(x2=12.857,P＜0.05).결론 호리신방안대창구급성심기경사환자유교호적효과.
Objective To investigate the clinical rescue and nursing plan for the acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients in emergency department.Methods Totals of 120 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected and divided into control group (n =60) and experimental group (n =60) randomly.A new rescue nursing scheme was taken in experimental group,while routine nursing was taken in control group.Then,the effect of treatment was observed and compared between control group and experimental group.Results In experimental group,58 cases were cured,2 improved,no cases was dead,and the cure rate was 96.67％.And 45 cases were cured,12 were improved,3 cases were dead,and the cure rate was 75.00％ in control group.The success rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (x2 =12.857,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The new nursing scheme has good effect on rescuing patients with acute myocardial infarction.
