目的 探讨形象化健康教育对农村肠造口患者的影响.方法 选择行肠造口术的农村患者78例,根据住院号尾数的奇偶分为观察组和对照组,观察组实施形象化健康教育,对照组给予常规健康教育,比较两组患者造口适应水平及患者满意度.结果 观察组患者造口适应水平总分(74.6±2.43)分高于对照组的(63.8±5.22)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=-4.27,P=0.00);观察组患者满意度(97%)高于对照组(62%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2 =15.41,P=0.014).结论 采取形象化的健康教育能够提高农村肠造口患者对造口基本知识的掌握程度,提高患者的造口自我护理能力及对造口的适应水平,从而改善患者的生活质量及对护理质量的满意度.

Objective To investigate effect of visualized health education on the adaptation of patients with enterostomy in rural areas.Methods A total of 78 patients with enterostomy in rural areas were divided into experimental and control groups according to the parity of the hospital number mantissa.The patients in experimental group received visualized health education,and the patients in control group received routine health education.The patients satisfaction and adaptation level of enterostomy between the two groups were compared.Results The score of adaptation level of enterostomy in the experimental group patients (74.6 ± 2.43) was higher than that in control group patients (63.8 ± 5.22),the difference was statistically significant (t =-4.27,P =0.00) ; the patient satisfaction in experimental group (97%) was higher than that in the control group (62%),the difference was statistically significant (x2 =15.41,P =0.014).Conclusions The adoption of visualized health education can improve the basic knowledge level,self-care ability and enterostomy adaptation level of patients with enterostomy in rural areas,thereby to improve the patients quality of life and patients satisfaction with the quality of care.
