目的 探讨检测自身免疫性脑病(AE)患儿外周血中γδT细胞的临床意义.方法 应用流式细胞仪对36例AE患儿和23例健康儿童外周血中γδT细胞、CD3+淋巴细胞以及CD4+/CD8+比值进行检测;同时分析AE患儿治疗前后的上述细胞变化情况.结果 AE患儿外周血γδT细胞和CD3+淋巴细胞分别为17.54%±2.65%、66.57%±5.01%,显著高于健康对照组(6.47%±2.39%,P<0.01,61.49%±3.87%,P<0.05);而CD4+/CD8+比值为1.05±0.27,显著低于健康对照组(1.43±0.28,P<0.05).AE患儿治疗后γδT细胞为9.12%±3.24%,较治疗前17.54%±2.65%明显降低,差异有统计学意义(t=10.467,P<0.01).结论 AE患儿外周血γδT细胞比例变化与病情有关,γδT细胞检测可作为AE治疗的一项监测指标.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of peripheral blood γδT cells detection in children with autoimmune encephalopathy (AE).Methods Peripheral blood γδT cells,CD3+ lymphocytes and CD4+/CD8 + were detected by flow cytometry in 36 AE children and 23 healthy children controls.Lever of γδT cells in AE children was compared before and after treatment.Results AE children showed significantly higher levels of γδT cells (17.54% ± 2.65% vs 6.47% ± 2.39%,P<0.01) and CD3 + lymphocytes (66.57%±5.01% vs 61.49%±3.87%,P<0.05) and lower CD4+/CD8+ ratio (1.05±0.27 vs 1.43± 0.28,P<0.05) as compared with healthy controls.After treatment,the level of γδT cells (9.12%±3.24% vs 17.54%±2.65%,P<0.01) in AE children was decreased from baseline with statistical difference (t=10.467,P<0.01).Conclusions The lever of γδT cells is associated to autoimmune encephalopathy.Detection of γδT cells can be used as an biomarker for treatment of AE.
