目的 测定急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清中同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的水平,探讨血清Hcy水平对ACS患者的临床意义.方法 入选2010年5月至2012年12月本院住院65例ACS患者,其中不稳定型心绞痛(UA)33例、急性心肌梗死(AMI)32例,同时入选稳定性心绞痛(SA)35例,并以32例健康体检者作为阴性对照组,测定各组血清Hcy水平,进行统计学分析.结果 血清Hcy水平,UA组(18.15±4.72)μmol/L、AMI组(21.62±5.56) μmol/L、SA组(16.03±3.16)μmol/L、对照组(9.86±2.53) μmol/L,UA及AMI组明显高于SA组及对照组(P<0.05);且AMI组显著高于UA组,各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 血清Hcy水平升高为ACS的危险因素,可作为反映ACS病情的指标.

목적 측정급성관맥종합정(ACS)환자혈청중동형반광안산(Hcy)적수평,탐토혈청Hcy수평대ACS환자적림상의의.방법 입선2010년5월지2012년12월본원주원65례ACS환자,기중불은정형심교통(UA)33례、급성심기경사(AMI)32례,동시입선은정성심교통(SA)35례,병이32례건강체검자작위음성대조조,측정각조혈청Hcy수평,진행통계학분석.결과 혈청Hcy수평,UA조(18.15±4.72)μmol/L、AMI조(21.62±5.56) μmol/L、SA조(16.03±3.16)μmol/L、대조조(9.86±2.53) μmol/L,UA급AMI조명현고우SA조급대조조(P<0.05);차AMI조현저고우UA조,각조간차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론 혈청Hcy수평승고위ACS적위험인소,가작위반영ACS병정적지표.
Objective To investigate the significance of serum homocysteine (Hcy) detection in acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Methods A total of 65 patients with ACS,including 33 with unstable angina pectoris (UA) and 32 with acute myocardial infarction (AMI),and 35 patients with stable angina pectoris (SA) who were admitted to Nanhai Sixth People' s Hospital between May 2010 and December 2012 were enrolled in the study.Thirty-two healthy individuals were served as controls.This entailed measurement of the serum Hcy for further analysis.Results The level of serum Hcy was markedly higher in patients with ACS [(18.15±4.72) μmol/L in group UA and (21.62±5.56) μmol/L in group AMI] compared with that in group SA [(16.03±3.16) μmol/L] and control group [(9.86±2.53) μmol/L] (both P<0.05).Furthermore,group AMI yielded a higher level of Hcy than group UA (P<0.05).Conclusion Increased level of serum Hcy is a risk factor of ACS and may be used as a predictive marker of ACS.
