目的探讨麦默通乳腺微创术后血肿的预防与治疗.方法对麦默通乳腺微创术后血肿22例临床资料进行分析.结果术后共出现血肿22例,占8.5％(22/260),其中15例经再次引流,3例在B超定位下以大号针头将积血抽除,4例血肿较小者予以局部热敷后自行吸收.结论随着经验和手术技巧的不断提高,麦默通乳腺微创术后发生血肿并发症是可以预防与治疗的.麦默通乳腺微创术是目前一种简便、安全、有效、具美观效果的治疗方法.

Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of postoperative hematoma associated with mammotome minimally invasive surgery.Methods The clinical data on 22 patients with postoperative hematoma associated with mammotome minimally invasive surgery were analyzed.Results Postoperative hematoma developed in 22 patients,accounting for 8.5％ (22/260).15 needed secondary drainage to remove hematoma,3 needed to remove hematocele with a large needle under ultrasound localization,and 4 received hot compress to induce self-absorption of hematoma.Conclusions Mammotome minimally invasive surgery is a simple,safe,effective procedure with an aesthetic effect.With the increasing improvement in experience and surgical techniques,postoperative hematoma associated with mammotome minimally invasive surgery can be prevented and treated.
