目的了解运动疗法治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的效果.方法回顾性分析2009年1月至201 1年1月于我院门诊行双能X线骨密度扫描检查确诊为绝经后骨质疏松症患者40例,经运动疗法治疗,两年内复查骨密度改变情况,评价运动疗法临床疗效.结果本组40例,转变为正常骨密度者10例(25％),转变为低骨量者16例(40％),仍为骨质疏松者14例(35％),总有效率达65％.结论运动疗法治疗绝经后骨质疏松效果良好,值得推广.

Objective To understand the effects of exercise therapy in the treatment for postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted to the cases of the double energy X-ray bone density scan from Jan 2009 to Jan 2011 in our hospital in which 40 cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis were confirmed.The exercise therapy had been implementing for those patients in 2 years to observe the variance in bone density and evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of the exercise therapy.Results In the experimental group,10 patients (25％)of the exercise therapy group turned into normal bone density,16(40％) of the group became low bone quantity density,only 14 patients (35％) had no effect,therefore,65％ in treatment effect rate.Conclusion Exercise therapy is helpful to cure the postmenopausal osteoporosis in some extent and good for widely use.
