本文依据"边做边学(learning by doing)"的教学理念,设计了强化床旁实践环节教学、减少课常理论讲授的临床医学专业眼科学、耳鼻咽喉科学、口腔医学新教学模式,并确立了"以能力为基础"的考核评估体系.实践.结果 表明,学生普遍认同新教学模式,新教学模式显著提高了学生对眼、耳、口腔专科疾病的认识,激发了学习兴趣,增强了主动学习能力和临床技能水平,提高了与病人交流沟通的技能和自信心;但是,如何在加强临床实践的同时确保理论知识的学习,还需要继续探讨.

There was many lectures and less practice opportunities in ophthalmology,otorhinolaryngology,and stomatology teaching system for clinical medicine program students.Many students have less interesting and motivation to study those subjects.Based on the principle of"learning by doing",we established a new teaching model of ophthalmology,otorhinolaryngology and stomatology for clinical medicine program students,which remarkably reduced the amount of lectures in the classroom,and provided more practice opportunities in the wards.Student performance evaluation was based on a competence-based assessment system,which including professional knowledge,clinical skills,communication skills,professional ethics,and faculty observations,peer and self-evaluation.The results showed that the new teaching model is feasible for clinical medicine program students.And it inspired clinical medicine program students with great energy and interest to study those subjects,and promotod the students'clinical skills,communication skills,self-confidence,and their practical and creative competence.
