为了解临床医学专业学位研究生导师队伍建设和指导现状,为完善导师队伍提出建议,采用问卷调查的方式,对天津市15所三级医院的157名专业学位研究生导师进行调查,从导师队伍结构、临床实践指导方式、科研指导等多方面,对专业学位研究生导师的整体培养能力进行了客观分析.结果表明,专业学位研究生导师队伍有待完善,需要从改革遴选制度、优化队伍结构、改变导师指导方式、健全定期培训制度、重构考核标准等方面加以改进.

It aimed to study the current situation of the tutor team of clinical medical professional degree postgraduates and provided suggestions for improving quality of the tutor.A questionnaire survey was taken on 157 tutors of 15 tertiary hospitals in Tianjin and the data was analyzed through statistics.Structure of tutor team,tutors' guidance on clinical practice,scientific research and some other things were systemically analyzed.The results showed that the tutor of clinical medical professional degree postgraduates should be improved from several aspects,such as bettering the tutor selection system and the method of tutor guidance,improving regular training systems and promoting evaluation standard in tutoring,etc.
