阶段性综合考核在国外已经形成规模化的运作模式,而我国在近年来持续不断的教学改革的影响下,原本坚持的综合考核制度却在逐渐消失.本文将南方医科大学多年综合考核数据与校际间综合考核数据及在校课程成绩数据进行了综合差异化对比分析,结果显示,多阶段综合考核非常有利于学生对所学知识的巩固与融合,对提高人才培养质量具有非常积极的作用,应该在医学教学中大力推广并持之以恒.

The phased comprehensive exam (PCE) has been formed the normalized operation model in foreign countries.But the exam is gradually disappearing under the influence of continuous educational reform for the past few years in China.The authors analysed some different data,such as multiple intramural PCE' s scores,inter-college PCE' s scores and intramural course exam scores.Based on analysed results,the authors concluded that the PCE is very beneficial to integration,consolidation and comprehension of students' knowledge,having positive impact on teaching and training.The authors also suggested that the PCE is supposed to be popularized in university teaching.
