目的 通过对我国灾害医学教育现状的分析,有针对性地构建以岗位胜任能力为引导的灾害医学课程,为提高医护人员的灾害医学救援能力提供参考.方法 采用计算机检索了1995年1月至2013年1月PubMed和中国知识资源总库中关于灾害医学教育的研究文章.结果 PubMed中共检索到灾害医学教育的文章89篇,中国知识资源总库42篇.事实表明,目前,我国灾害医学教育发展较为缓慢,仍然存在明显的问题与不足.结论 构建以岗位胜任能力为引导的灾害医学课程,有助于切实提高医护人员的灾害医学救援能力和我国灾害医学救援水平.

Objective To build the curriculum of disaster medicine which is oriented to post competency for training qualified medical staffs,according to analyse the condition of disaster medical education.Methods We searched PubMed (1995-01 ～ 2013-01) and China ZongKu Knowledge resources about the research of disaster medical education.Results 89 passages were found in PubMed,42 passages were found in China ZongKu knowledge Resources.Suggest that it is developmental slowly and disaster medical education still has obvious problems and deficiencies.Conclusions Building the curriculum of disaster medicine,then improving medical staffs' ability of disaster rescue and the level of disaster rescue in our country.
