目的 了解中医学专业的教育环境和中医学专业学生学习过程的真实感受.方法 应用英国Dundee大学开发的医学教育环境测量工具,对上海中医药大学5所附属医院中医学专业210名学生进行调查.结果 学生认为中医学教育环境整体较好,但社交自我知觉相对于其他能力较低.同时,与七年制学生相比较,五年制学生学习过程中对教师的知觉偏低,两者差异具有统计学意义.结论 学生总体认可目前的中医学教育环境,但沟通交流能力培养须进一步改进,并需要针对不同层次的学生在学习适应取向、学术自我感知能力培养和学习环境主观知觉3个方面给予个性化的支持.

Objective To understand the educational environment of Chinese medicine,and the true feelings of the medical students during the learning process.Methods Applied the medical education environmental measurement tools developed by the Dundee University in United Kingdom,to investigate 210 students in five affiliated hospital of the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Results Students believed in a better overall educational environment,but students' self-perceived social ability was lower than others.Five-year program medical students' teachers perceived was lower than that of seven-year program medical students.Conclusions Students generally recognized the current environment of Chinese medical education.However,communication skills' training should be further improved,and the need of different levels of students should be given personalized support in learning to adapt to the orientation,training and academic self-perception of subjective perception of three negative learning environment.
