医学是融自然科学与人文科学于一体的学科.医疗职业者的道德品质是从事医疗工作至关重要的保证,而这是需要在医学教育过程中一点一滴培养起来的.我国医学院校传统的道德教育习惯于从思想政治工作角度出发,对医学生进行规范性教育,随着信息技术的迅速发展和新媒体的不断出现,作为网络新媒体的微博逐渐成为公众舆情表达的重要出口,微博开启了信息传播的新时代,给医学生医德教育工作带来了挑战和机遇.如何将微博运用于医学生医德教育工作中,是医学院校思想政治教育工作者共同面临的难题.本文基于微博的特性,分析了微博对医学生思想政治教育的积极作用和消极影响,为创新医学院校医学生医德教育途径提供了思路.

Medicine is a special subject,which combines natural sciences and humanities into one.Medical ethics education is an important content in the cultivation of medical workers.With the rapid development of information technology,micro-blog has become an important way of public opinion,which brings challenge and opportunity for medical ethics education.How to apply micro-blog in medical ethics education becomes a common problem faced by medical colleges and tmiversities.On the base of the characteristics of micro-blog,this article analyses the positive and negative effects which micro-blog impacts on the ideological and political education of medical students,and provides some ideas for the innovation of medical ethics education.
