目的 探讨以病例为基础的学习教学方法对八年制医学生临床思维训练的效果.方法 在儿科学见习教学中,将54名八年制医学生随机分成实验组和对照组,在临床思维训练中,对照组27名学生采用传统教学方法,实验组27名学生采用以病例为基础学习教学方法.教学结束后进行临床思维考核,统计分析两组学生成绩,并调查实验组学生对以病例为基础的学习教学方法的认可程度.结果 实验组学生的总成绩、病例特点总结、诊断与鉴别诊断、逻辑表达项目的得分均高于对照组学生,差异具有统计学意义,但诊疗计划及理论知识项目的得分两组学生差别很小,差异无统计学意义.大多数实验组学生对以病例为基础学习教学方法予以肯定.结论 在八年制医学生儿科学见习教学中,采用以病例为基础学习教学方法可以提高学生的临床思维能力.

Objective In order to study the effect of applying the case-based-learning (CBL) in pediatric clinical thinking training of eight-year program internship students.Methods 54 internship students of eight-year program were as the research people.54 students were randomly separated to two groups:test group and comparative group.Traditional teaching method was used to contrast group.Casebase learning method was used to the other group.The teaching effect was compared with clinical thinking examination and questionnaire to the students.Results The examination showed that the scores of summary ability,differential diagnosis,logical expression and total scores of clinical thinking of test group were higher than that of control group.However,there were indifference between the two groups in the scores of treatment plan and theoretical knowledge.The questionnaire showed that most of the students approved the case-based learning method.Conclusions The case-based learning method can obviously improve the ability of clinical thinking of the eight-year program medical students.
