目的 探讨以问题为基础学习(problem-based learning,PBL)结合同伴主导的小组学习(peer-led team learning,PLTL)教学模式在妇产科学临床实习教学中的可行性及其成效.方法 选择在首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院妇产科实习的2007级七年制临床医学专业69名学生为教学对象,将其分为两组.其中,实验组39名学生,采用PBL+PLTL教学模式;对照组30名学生,采用PBL教学模式.采用阶段考试、期末考试及量表评估等方法,比较两组学生的教学效果.结果 实验组学生理论考试成绩、技能测试成绩、学习态度评估结果均显著优于对照组学生(P<0.05).结论 PBL结合PLTL教学模式可行性强,可以显著提高临床实习教学效果和学生素质,值得提倡和推广.

Objective To investigate the feasibility and effect of PBL+PLTL teaching approach in clinical internship teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 69 cases of seven year program clinical medical students of Obstetric and Gynecology were divided into PBL+PLTL experimental group and PBL control group.The teaching effect was evaluated and compared by the scores of theory term test,skill operation and questionnaire.Results The students scores of experimental group are significantly high than those of control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions PBL + PLTL teaching approach is feasible,and can improve teaching effect and students quality,and is worthy of advocating and popularization.
