目的观察荆花胃康胶丸与雷贝拉唑、多潘立酮联合治疗反流性食管炎的疗效.方法随机将288例反流性食管炎患者分为观察组和对照组各144例.对照组患者服用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊10mg,bid;多潘立酮片10 mg,tid,均为餐前半小时服用.观察组在对照组的基础上加用荆花胃康胶丸160mg,tid.连续治疗8周.对比两组患者临床症状评分及治疗前后内镜改善情况.结果治疗前后临床症状变化:观察组患者治疗8周后的症状总有效率为89.6％(129/144),对照组为60.4％(87/144).治疗前后胃镜下食管炎愈合及炎症改善情况:观察组总有效率为91.7％(132/144),对照组为64.6％(93/144).结论荆花胃康胶丸联合雷贝拉唑、多潘立酮治疗反流性食管炎疗效肯定.
목적 관찰형화위강효환여뢰패랍서、다반립동연합치료반류성식관염적료효.방법 수궤장288례반류성식관염환자분위관찰조화대조조각144례.대조조환자복용뢰패랍서납장용효낭10mg,bid;다반립동편10 mg,tid,균위찬전반소시복용.관찰조재대조조적기출상가용형화위강효환160mg,tid.련속치료8주.대비량조환자림상증상평분급치료전후내경개선정황.결과 치료전후림상증상변화:관찰조환자치료8주후적증상총유효솔위89.6％(129/144),대조조위60.4％(87/144).치료전후위경하식관염유합급염증개선정황:관찰조총유효솔위91.7％(132/144),대조조위64.6％(93/144).결론 형화위강효환연합뢰패랍서、다반립동치료반류성식관염료효긍정.
Objective To observe the curative effect of Jinghua Weikang capsules combined with Rabeprazole and Domperidone combination therapy in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods 288 cases of reflux esophagitis were randomly assigned into observation group (144 cases) and control group (144 cases).The control group was treated with Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules 10 mg,twice a day; Domperidone tablets 10 mg,3 times a day.Both tablets were taken half an hour before meals.Compared to treatment measure in control group,the observation group was added with Jinghua Weikang capsules 160 mg,3 times a day,lasting for 8 weeks.Then we compared two group patients' clinical symptoms and improvement in endoscopic appearance after treatment.Results Clinical effective rate in observation group was 89.6 ％ (129/144),clinical effective rate in control group was 60.4％ (87/144).Endoscopic esophagitis healing and inflammation improving situation:observation group 97.1％ (132/144),control group 64.6％ (93/144),both were significantly different (P＜0.05).Conclusion Jinghua Weikang capsules combined with Rabeprazole and Domperidone has good curative effect in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.
