目的分析小梁切除术联合超声乳化及人工晶状体植入术(三联手术)治疗青光眼伴白内障的临床效果.方法对26例(26只眼)不同类型的青光眼伴白内障采用三联手术,术后随访7 ～13个月.结果术后眼压为9.0～22.5 mmHg(1 mmHg =0.133 kPa).其中≤16 mmHg者19只眼(73.1％).矫正视力为0.02 ～0.8,其中≥0.5者18只眼(69.2％).17只眼(65.4％)形成弥漫扁平的滤过泡.结论三联手术具有控制眼压和提高视力的效果.

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy(triple procedure) for patients with glaucoma and cataract.Methods Triple procedure was performed by means of scleral tunnel flap on 26 eyes of 26 patients with glaucoma and cataract.The follow-up period was 7 ～ 13 months.Results The postoperative intraocular pressure was 9.0-22.5 mmHg and were ≤ 16 mmHg in 19 eyes (73.1％) ; The best corrected visual acuity was 0.02-0.8 and was ≥0.5 in 18 eyes (69.2％).The functional diffused fiat filtering blebs were found in 17 eyes (65.4％).Conclusion The triple procedure is effective on improving the visual acuity and reducing intraocular pressure in patients with glaucoma and cataract.
