为发掘能满足进修医师专科继续教育需要的杂志沙龙(Journal club)教学形式,第四军医大学唐都医院通过探索神经外科继续教育型Journal club的组织目的、方法、要素和效果,总结了成功组织该类型Journal club和提高其近远期教学效果的关键因素.把握这些因素能使其更好满足神经外科继续教育需要,达到进修医师的参与目标,促进他们对学科发展前沿的了解,提高他们对文献的分析能力和应用循证医学理念解决临床问题的能力.继续教育型Journal club的推广将有助于我国神经外科继续教育水平的提升.
