目的 探讨情景模拟教学在医学本科生《诊断学》中问诊和病史书写教学中的应用效果.方法 选择上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院2009级临床医学专业本科生55名为研究对象,随机分成传统教学组和情景模拟教学组.传统教学组先进行课堂理论讲授,然后进行临床实习;情景模拟教学组在课堂理论讲授后进行问诊的情景模拟,然后进行临床实习.通过问卷调查了解情景模拟教学组学生对教学的评价,并对2组学生的病史成绩进行评分.数据用SPSS10.0软件进行分析,组间比较采用t检验.结果 学生均对情景模拟教学感兴趣,并认为其对实习医疗工作有帮助,能够提高学习、交流、与人合作等各方面的能力.情景模拟教学组学生的病史成绩教较传统教学组有明显提高(t=2.04,P=0.046).结论 在问诊和病史书写教学中应用情景模拟的效果良好,有助于学生从理论到临床实践的过渡.

Objective To estimate the application effect of scenario simulation in the teaching of inquiry and medical history writing.Methods Fifty-five clinical medicine students (2009 grade) were divided into tradition group and scenario simulation group randomly.Students in traditional group were taught by theoretic lessons in classroom and then took the clinical internship while students in scenario simulation group were taught by theoretic lessons in classroom,did scenario simulation of inquiry then took the clinical internship.Evaluation of students on scenario simulation teaching was investigated by questionnaire and medical history scores of two groups' students were compared.Data were analyzed with SPSS 10.0 software and t test was used to do comparison between groups.Results All students were interested in scenario simulation teaching and thought it was helpful for medical internship and can increase the abilities of studying,communicating and cooperating,et al.Scores of medical history in scenario simulation group were higher than those in traditional group (t=2.04,P=0.046).Conclusions Scenario simulation method is effective in teaching of inquiry and medical history writing,which helps students to transit from benchside to bedside.
