    目的 了解江苏省部分职业人群布鲁杆菌病(简称布病)知晓情况.方法 238名从业人员来自 江苏省屠宰厂、交易市场和饲养场,采用结构式问卷调查方法,收集从业人员的一般情况和对布病相关认知信息,根据年龄、工龄、性别、工种、文化程度对布病的临床特征、流行病学特征及防护情况的了解进行单项分析和综合量化分析(满分100分).结果 在调查的职业人群,有31.09％(74/238)的人没有听说过布病,对布病的临床症状与体征总体知晓率仅为26.89％ (64/238).职业暴露时,知道饲养病畜可感染知晓率为37.82％ (90/238),知道贩卖病畜可感染知晓率为37.39％(89/238),知道屠宰病畜可感染知晓率为42.02％(100/238),知道加工病畜制品可感染知晓率为38.66％(92/238),知道接触病畜的流产物可感染知晓率为33.19％(79/238),知道接触病畜的排泄物和分泌物可感染知晓率均为32.35％(77/238).在接触病畜流产物时,59.66％(142/238)的人认为需要做好防护；在接触病畜及其制品时,21.43％(51/238)的人认为需要做好防护；对饲养场所,有74.37％(177/238)的人认为需要经常性清扫与消毒.对于动物出现生病死亡时,有24.79％(59/238)的人会扑杀后深埋,有18.91％(45/238)的人会简单掩埋,有2.52％(6/238)的人会选择出售,有53.78％(128/238)的人不清楚如何处理.综合量化分析显示,职业人群对布病知晓情况平均为(32±28)分(范围值为0～96分).其中61～83岁年龄组和41 ～ 50岁年龄组得分最高,分别为(38±25)分和(37±29)分,不同年龄组平均得分比较差异有统计学意义(F=3.2,P＜ 0.05)；工龄超过20年的从业人员平均得分最高[(40±29)分],明显高于工龄为11 ～ 20年及以下的人员,不同从业时间比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.1,P＜ 0.05).结论 江苏省部分职业人群对布病危害及预防认知情况严重缺乏,应加强对职业人员的布病防治宣传及健康教育.

    Objective To find out the situation of brucellosis(referred to as brucellosis) cognition in some occupational groups in Jiangsu Province.Methods We conducted an interview and collected data by structured questionnaire on 238 workers from butchery,trading market and stockyard.The individual demographic information and knowledge of brucellosis such as brucellosis symptoms,epidemiology and protecting measures were designed in the questionnaire.The rate of knowledge of each question was calculated.Each question was score marked and analyzed sort by age,gender,working years,occupation and degree of education (total score was 100).Results There were 31.09％(74/238) workers who had not heard of brucellosis.Overall awareness of clinical symptoms and signs of brucellosis was only 26.89％ (64/238).As for the awareness rate of infection in different occupational workers,37.82％(90/238) of the workers knew feeding sick animals could be infected; 37.39％ (89/238) of the workers knew trafficking sick animals could be infected; 42.02％(100/238) knew that slaughter of sick animals could be infected; 38.66％ (92/238) knew that process sick animals could be infected; 33.19％ (79/238) knew that contact with apoblema could be infected; and 32.35％(77/238) knew that contact with sick animals excrement and secretions could be infected.When in contact with sick animal's apoblema,59.66％ (142/238) of the people thought that they need good protection; when in contact with sick animals and their products,21.43％(51/238) of the people thought that they need good protection.For breeding sites,there were 74.37％ (177/238) of people thought that the places require frequent cleaning and disinfection.If the livestock was dead,24.79％ (51/238) of the workers would kill and bury them deeply,18.91％(45/238) would kill and bury them casually,2.52％(6/238) would choose to sell them and 53.78％ (128/238) did not know how to handle the situation.Comprehensive quantitative analysis showed that the average awareness score of the workers was only 32 ± 28 (ranging 0 to 96).Among 61-to 83-year-age group and 41-to 50-year-age group,the highest score was 38 ± 25 and 37 ± 29,the average score of different age group was statistically significantly different(F=3.2,P＜ 0.05).Employees in more than 20 years seniority had the highest average score (40 ± 29),which significantly higher than that of the workers whose length of service was.11 to 20 years and below,and the difference was statistically significant (t =2.1,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Some occupational groups in Jiangsu Province are seriously lack of knowledge on the hazard of brucellosis and preventive measures.We should strengthen publicity on brucellosis prevention and health education in professional personnel.
