目的对早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)不同转归一自然退行与阈值病变各相关因素进行分析,以探讨与ROP阈值病变有关的因素.方法回顾性分析2008年5月至2009年7月在吉林大学第一医院新生儿科收治的83例确诊ROP的早产儿相关临床数据,并进行统计学分析.结果在83例不同程度ROP患儿中(166只眼),自然退行51例(102只眼,占ROP患儿61.45％),阈值病变32例(64只眼,占ROP患儿38.55％).使用t检验和logistic回归分析,结果表明ROP阈值病变组的胎龄较ROP自然退行组小,产次较ROP自然退行组次数多,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);排除其他因素干扰后,男性、机械呼吸及发生败血症与ROP阈值病变有关,组间差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论小胎龄、多产次,男性、使用机械呼吸、发生败血症与ROP不能自然退行有关.

Objective To screen the probably factors affecting the and treatment of retinopathy of prematurity(ROP)and to investigate the possible factors affecting threshold ROP.Methods The clinic data of ROP from 83 preterm infants diagnosed at the first affiliated hospital of Jilin University from May 2008 to July 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The gestational age in threshold ROP groups was statistically smaller than spontaneous regressing ROP groups(P＜0.05);the number of parity in threshold ROP groups was statistically greater(P＜0.05).There were significant differences in sex,mechanical breathing therapy,and undergoing septicemia between threshold ROP and spontaneous regressing ROP groups(P＜0.05).Conclusions Low gestational age,large number of pregnancies,mechanical breathing therapy,and undergoing septicemia may be associated with threshold retinopathy of prematurity.
