目的 观察新生儿泪囊炎行泪道探通术后通而不畅的患儿,采用不同治疗方法的疗效.方法 将2010年1月至2012年1月65例新生儿泪囊炎行泪道探通术后通而不畅的患儿随机分为两组一组采用多次探通的方法；另一组采用注药,热敷并观察20～30天的方法.结果 两种方法比较,采用注药,热敷并观察的方法,治疗效果明显优于多次泪道探通的方法.结论 新生儿泪囊炎行泪道探通术后通而不畅者不要急于多次探通,而应采用注药,热敷并观察20～30天的方法待水肿完全消退后再观察疗效,以防反复泪道损伤.

Objective To study the therapeutic method and effect of in infants dacryocystisis who 's lacrimal passage passed but not smooth after probing.Methods Sixty-five dacryocystisis infants (aged 3-18 months old) collected from January 2010 to January 2012 were divided into two groups randomly.Group A used the probing method of many times; the other group used the method of medicine,applied heat and observed 20-30 days.Results The method used of medicine,applied heat and observed 20-30 days was better than others.Conclusions Infants with dacryocystisis who' s lacrimal passage passed but not smooth after probing do not use the probing method many times in a hurry,it is better to use medicine,apply heat and observe 20-30 days to avoid the damage lacrimal repeatedly.
