目的 应用SD-OCT评估德国WaveLight FS200飞秒激光角膜瓣特征、厚度的可预测性及相关影响因素.方法 26例施行FS200飞秒激光LASIK的患者术后一周采用SD-OCT观察右眼角膜瓣特征、进行角膜瓣厚度测量并与等效球镜度数、角膜曲率、眼压、角膜直径和角膜厚度进行相关性研究.结果 飞秒激光角膜瓣中央厚度均值(101.92±8.76) μm,与预设值的差值为(-8.08±8.76) μm;颞侧旁中央厚度均值(104.81±9.92) μm,与预设值的差值为(-5.19±9.92)μm;鼻侧旁中央厚度均值(105.00±8.53) μm,与预设值的差值为(-5.00±8.53)μm.角膜瓣厚度与等效球镜度数、角膜曲率、眼压、角膜直径和角膜厚度均无相关性.结论 飞秒激光角膜瓣厚度均匀,可预测性好,不受等效球镜度数、角膜曲率、眼压、角膜直径和角膜厚度影响.

목적 응용SD-OCT평고덕국WaveLight FS200비초격광각막판특정、후도적가예측성급상관영향인소.방법 26례시행FS200비초격광LASIK적환자술후일주채용SD-OCT관찰우안각막판특정、진행각막판후도측량병여등효구경도수、각막곡솔、안압、각막직경화각막후도진행상관성연구.결과 비초격광각막판중앙후도균치(101.92±8.76) μm,여예설치적차치위(-8.08±8.76) μm;섭측방중앙후도균치(104.81±9.92) μm,여예설치적차치위(-5.19±9.92)μm;비측방중앙후도균치(105.00±8.53) μm,여예설치적차치위(-5.00±8.53)μm.각막판후도여등효구경도수、각막곡솔、안압、각막직경화각막후도균무상관성.결론 비초격광각막판후도균균,가예측성호,불수등효구경도수、각막곡솔、안압、각막직경화각막후도영향.
Ob jective To evaluate the characteristics,predictability and related factors of LASIK flaps' thickness created by WaveLight FS200 femtosecond laser using SD-OCT.Methods Twenty-six patients received LASIK by FS200 femtosecond laser and EX500 excimer laser.To research the characteristics and measure the thickness of their right eyes' LASIK flaps by SD-OCT one week after surgery.The correlation among corneal flaps' thickness,diopter,keratometry,intraocular pressure,corneal diameter and corneal thickness were analyzed.Results The central thickness of corneal flaps was (101.92±8.76)μm,(-8.08±8.76)μm thicker than the preset thickness; The temporal paracentral thickness of corneal flaps was (104.81±9.92)μm,(-5.19±9.92)μm thicker than the preset thickness; The nasal paracentral thickness of corneal flaps was (105.00±8.53)μm,(-5.00±8.53)μm thicker than the preset thickness.There was no correlation among corneal flaps' thickness,diopter,keratometry,intraocular pressure,corneal diameter and corneal thickness.Conclusions LASIK flaps created by WaveLight FS200 femtosecond laser is even,predictable,unaffected by diopter,keratometry,intraocular pressure,corneal diameter and corneal thickness.
