目的 探讨新鲜羊膜与生物羊膜移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的治疗的效果.方法 对符合纳入标准的复发性翼状胬肉患者,按常规方法切除胬肉组织,共60只眼,随机分为2组,每组30例,分别采用新鲜羊膜移植(A组)和生物羊膜移植(B组)治疗.术后1天、1周、1个月、3个月随访,观察并比较2组视力、植片成活、并发症发生情况.结果 2组术后视力较术前均有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组术后角膜上皮平均于(6.19±0.65)天愈合,B组术后角膜上皮平均于(6.22±0.63)天愈合,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).A组术后1眼复发,复发率为3.33%,B组术后2眼复发,复发率为6.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 新鲜羊膜与生物羊膜均可有效治疗复发性翼状胬肉,二者疗效比较差异无统计学意义.

Objective To discuss recurrent pterygium effectiveness of fresh amnion vs biological amnion transplantation.Methods All eyes received the same antibiotics and anti-inflammation eye drops after operation.Forty cases with pterygium (60 eyes) were randomly divided into two groups,and every group had 30 eyes.One group received transplantation of fresh amnion followed by excision of pterygium,and the other group was subjected to biological amnion transplantation followed by excision of pterygium.All patients were followed up for 1 day,1 week,1 month,3 months after surgery,and the visual acuity,graft survival,complications were observed and compared.Resuits The postoperative visual acuity of both groups improved significantly (P <0.05).The corneal epthellium healing was at (6.19±0.65) day in the fresh amnion group,while at (6.22±0.63) day in the biological amnion group.The differences were not statistical significant between two groups (P >0.05).One eye recurrence was noted in the fresh amnion group,the recurrence rate was 3.33%.Two eyes recurrence were noted in the biological amnion group,the recurence rate was 6.67%.The differences were not statistical significant between two groups (P >0.05).Conclusions Both flesh amnion and biological amnion transplantation can be effective for the treatment of recurrent pterygium and ocular surface reconstruction,the efficacy has no significant difference between the two methods.
