目的观察睫状体冷冻联合睫状血管冷冻治疗重症绝对期青光眼的临床疗效.方法回顾分析2009年至2011年行睫状体冷冻联合睫状血管冷冻治疗的重症绝对期青光眼患者48例(48只眼),术中采用联合冷冻的方式,观察术后眼压等指标的变化.结果经过6个月的随访观察,术前眼压39～66 mm Hg,平均(53.94±6.79) mm Hg,术后眼压4～31 mm Hg,平均(16.63±5.83) mm Hg,二者差异有统计学意义(t =36.71,P＜0.01),手术成功率为77.08％.结论睫状体冷冻联合睫状血管冷冻治疗重症绝对期青光眼疗效满意,效果确切.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of cryclocryotherapy combined with ciliary cryotherapy in the treatment of severe absolute glaucoma.Methods A retrospective analysis of 48eyes from 48 patients with absolute glaucoma in 2009 to 2011 undergoing cyclocryotherapy combined with ciliary vascular freezing treatment.Using a combination of intraoperative frozen manner,changes of intraocular pressure index.Results Observation after 6 months of follow-up,the mean preoperative IOP 39～66mmHg,averaged (53.94±6.79)mmHg,IOP after 4～31mmHg,the mean (16.63±5.83)mmHg,there was significant difference between the two (t =36.71,P ＜0.01).The success rate of operation was 77.08％.Conclusions As for absolute glaucoma,cyclocryotherapy combined with ciliary cryotherapy is a satisfactory treatment.
