目的 探讨荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)联合相干光断层扫描(OCT)在年龄相关性黄斑变性(ARMD)检查中的联合应用价值.方法 对于2012年3月至2012年10月在三亚市人民医院眼科门诊经FFA确诊的37例(59只眼)ARMD患者进行OCT检查,并统计检查结果.结果 59只眼中,萎缩型42只眼(71.19%),渗出型17只眼(28.81%).萎缩型表现均为点状或斑驳样透见荧光,未见荧光素渗漏.渗出型早期可见脉络膜新生血管(CNV)形态,晚期大量荧光素渗漏,周围有出血者则表现为荧光遮蔽.结论 FFA和OCT在对ARMD的诊断上各具优势,FFA有助于发现可定位渗漏点,反映疾病的范围和部位,OCT可定性定量检查ARMD,两者结合可以更有效地诊断ARMD.
目的 探討熒光素眼底血管造影(FFA)聯閤相榦光斷層掃描(OCT)在年齡相關性黃斑變性(ARMD)檢查中的聯閤應用價值.方法 對于2012年3月至2012年10月在三亞市人民醫院眼科門診經FFA確診的37例(59隻眼)ARMD患者進行OCT檢查,併統計檢查結果.結果 59隻眼中,萎縮型42隻眼(71.19%),滲齣型17隻眼(28.81%).萎縮型錶現均為點狀或斑駁樣透見熒光,未見熒光素滲漏.滲齣型早期可見脈絡膜新生血管(CNV)形態,晚期大量熒光素滲漏,週圍有齣血者則錶現為熒光遮蔽.結論 FFA和OCT在對ARMD的診斷上各具優勢,FFA有助于髮現可定位滲漏點,反映疾病的範圍和部位,OCT可定性定量檢查ARMD,兩者結閤可以更有效地診斷ARMD.
목적 탐토형광소안저혈관조영(FFA)연합상간광단층소묘(OCT)재년령상관성황반변성(ARMD)검사중적연합응용개치.방법 대우2012년3월지2012년10월재삼아시인민의원안과문진경FFA학진적37례(59지안)ARMD환자진행OCT검사,병통계검사결과.결과 59지안중,위축형42지안(71.19%),삼출형17지안(28.81%).위축형표현균위점상혹반박양투견형광,미견형광소삼루.삼출형조기가견맥락막신생혈관(CNV)형태,만기대량형광소삼루,주위유출혈자칙표현위형광차폐.결론 FFA화OCT재대ARMD적진단상각구우세,FFA유조우발현가정위삼루점,반영질병적범위화부위,OCT가정성정량검사ARMD,량자결합가이경유효지진단ARMD.
Objective To explore the clinical significance of FFA (fluorescent fundus angiography) along with OCT (coherent tomography) in age-related macular degeneration (ARMD).Methods Thirty-seven patients (59 eyes) diagnosed ARMD by FFA were sent to OCT inspection and record the results.Results In total of 59 eyes in 37 ARMD patients,43 eyes (72.88%) were diagnosed as atrophic type,15 eyes (25.42%) exudative type.The atrophic type showed spots or mottled shape in fluorescence transmission,and no fluorescein leakage was found.In the early stage of exudative type,choroidal neovascularization (CNV) could be seen,and in the later stage,there was a lot of fluorescein leakage; the blocked fluorescence was observed if hemorrhage formed around.Conclusions Both FFA and OCT have advantage in diagnosing ARMD.FFA can point the leakage spots,and reflect the extent and location of disease.OCT can check ARMD qualitative and quantitative.Combination of FFA and OCT can better diagnose ARMD.
