目的 建立血视网膜屏障破坏的兔眼模型,对比研究硅油填充和长效气体填充后对前房水蛋白和白介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响.方法 进行标准三通道玻璃体切除,通过冷凝破坏血视网膜屏障,玻璃体腔内填充硅油(硅油组)或长效气体(C3F8组)和平衡盐溶液(对照组),每组各10只眼.术后14天和28天抽取前房水Elisa方法检测蛋白和白介素-6水平.结果 术后14天,硅油组(11.24±1.36) mg/ml和气体组(9.52±0.99) mg/ml前房水蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).术后28天,硅油组前房水蛋白水平(6.27±0.88) mg/ml明显高于气体组(2.80±0.85) mg/ml和对照组(2.78±0.72) mg/ml,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后14及28天,硅油组前房水IL-6水平(647.71±87.26) pg/ml,(392.98±32.4) pg/ml均明显高于气体组(523.46±43.02) pg/ml,(85.47±14.03) pg/ml和对照组(509.47±52.63) pg/ml,(72.43±13.9) pg/ml,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 血视网膜屏障破坏后,硅油填充可造成炎症反应和血视网膜屏障修复的延迟.

Objective To evaluate the aqueous protein and IL-6 levels induced by cryotherapy in rabbit eyes filled with silicone oil and C3F8.Methods The rabbit eyes were filled with silicone oil,C3F8 or BSS (control group) after vitrectomy and cryotherapy.Protein and IL-6 levels were examined by ELISA and BCA on post-op day 14 and 28.Results The IL-6 levels in silicone oil group (647.71±87.26) pg/ml,(392.98±32.4)pg/ml were significantly higher than those in C3F8 (523.46±43.02)pg/ml,(85.47±14.03)pg/ml and control group (72.43±13.9)pg/ml,(72.43±13.9)pg/ml on post-op day 14 and 28 (P <0.05).The protein levels in silicone oil and gas group showed no significant difference on post-op day14.The protein levels in silicone oil (6.27±0.88)mg/ml and gas group (2.80±0.85)mg/ml showed statistically significant difference on post-op day 28 (P <0.05).Conclusions Silicone oil tamponade delays BRB repair in rabbit eyes with cryotherapy.
