目的 利用OCT评价胡黄连颗粒剂在Wistar大鼠视神经夹伤模型中的视网膜保护作用.方法 20只Wistar大鼠分为4组,每组5只.其中3组用恒定力在球后2 mm处夹持视神经.正常对照组和损伤对照组给予双蒸水,余两损伤对照组分别给予10 mg/100 g胡黄连、50 mg/100 g胡黄连灌胃.第28天时,利用OCT检测各组大鼠视网膜厚度.结果 第28天时,损伤对照组的视网膜厚度明显薄于正常对照组(P<0.05),损伤10mg组的视网膜厚度明显厚于损伤对照组(P<0.05),损伤50 mg组的视网膜厚度与损伤对照组相比未见明显增厚(P>0.05).结论 视神经夹伤后利用OCT检测发现患侧视网膜厚度明显变薄;10 mg/100 g对大鼠视神经夹伤模型中的大鼠视网膜具有明显保护作用,50 mg/100 g的胡黄连对大鼠视神经夹伤模型中的大鼠视网膜的保护作用不明显.

Objective To evaluate the neural protective effects of picrorhiza in rat optic nerve crush model using optical coherence tomography.Methods Twenty adult male Wistar rats were divided into four groups,including three groups with a constant force at optic nerve for 5 seconds,2mm behind the eye ball.Control group and injury group were orally administrated with double distilled water,and the other two crush groups were orally administrated with 10mg/100g picrorhiza,50mg/100g picrorhiza.On day 28,the retinal thickness of rats was detected by OCT.Results On day 28,the retinal thickness of crush group was obviously thinner than normal group (P <0.05).The retinal thickness of C+10mg group was thicker than crush group (P <0.05),and the retinal thickness of C+50mg group was thicker than crush group (P >0.05).Conclusions The retinal thickness is thinner after optic nerve crush detected using OCT.The neuroprotective effect of 50mg/100g picrorhiza is not observed.10mg/100g picrorhiza has neuroprotective effect in rat optic nerve crush model.
